HSMP Forum’s Judicial Review Hearing !! |

We thank all those who have supported the Judicial Review Application, special thanks to our members who made it possible by making timely donations. The Judicial Review hearing which took place on 5th March 2008 went on well and our Barrister Michael Fordham, QC did an excellent job. The Judgment has been reserved and hopefully should be announced this month. We believe the court would acknowledge the impact of the unfair and unlawful retrospective changes and we expect the verdict to be in our favour.
